These will be available in the dealers section so go there for more info, pricing and details. Briefly, while they may look like the same questionable design, the are vastly stronger and better than the brittle OG lids. Battle tested over about 5 weekends now and made from ASA (slightly more flex and better UV than standard ABS) I've even shot the prototype clear lid a couple times, I'm pretty confident this is a good product and am really happy I can use my Viewloaders without worrying about the 2 mint OG lids I still have. I you can move any questions over to the dealers thread that would be good as well to keep it all in one spot

Kick ass job! Now I don't have to do it lol. Will you be sharing/selling the files for DIY or just the the printed product?

On the subject of building a revy, aside from gutting a revy is there a good build up sheet for creating a powered loader out of new non issued parts? im not looking for exact drop in gear just either alternatives or new options.

this was kinda my original question. from the pics I can find the origional revy's did not wire up to a control board, and if I'm looking at it right did not have an on/off switch?
        • a servo is a servo - readily available Ideally we could shrink things a little to better fit a Vl-90. I did notice that the later revy servo has a sticker on it indicating is was made specifically for VL. I think torque is another factor - the smaller you go the less you have.
        • Eyes - i plan to make a new housing and use a spare set of ego eyes. but not hard to source
        • 9v power adaptor - easy to find
        • can you wire all this up directly to servo - and maybe even a switch, without a board?
        I plan to try anyway...

They had a switch If i remember correctly, and the battery was attached directly to the servo but it was geared different. It is PAINFULLY slow. it barely turns, I expect it was fear of breaking the paint.

Welp, I done did a thing, in the name of re- inventing the wheel and pouring hours of creative energy that would probably be better spent fixing up my house, or solving world hunger, or doing something that makes money, I present the VL-90 revy!

That's sweet! I can't find my old VL-200. While I love my sportshot running while I play pump, I still get jams now and again. Was looking at homecooking something for the sportshot. Could this adapter be modified?
