Timmy Shooting Only on Second Trigger Pull.

Hopefully the final troubleshooting issue with my Timmy, but it only shoots on every second trigger pull. click shoot, click no shoot, click shoot. It’s a consistent issue so not sure if it’s a board issue or an eye issue. Shooting light blue balls. I’ve got a spare board and eyes from an Alias of the same area. Should I start switching things out?
If it makes a difference, using a Halo V35 loader.

otherwise it’s shooting nicely, up around 280 fps.

Back in the shoebox Shocker days I had one that did that. Turned out to be a low battery- it needed that extra second or so to recover a bit.

    Might be worth a try.

I have brought home fresh Duracell batteries and made no difference.

I'd say the armature in the solenoid is only moving part way on the first pull then moves enough to cycle on the second. I couldn't tell you why. Could be a low battery or a bad noid (either sticking seals or a bad coil).

I’ll have to see if it’s the first trigger pull or the second. I do have a spare noid as well. Thought I would ask before ripping things apart first.

Easiest fix ever. Simply set the board to fire both on trigger pull and trigger release. You're welcome.

I was just going to yell "pew" when it doesn't fire and hope no one notices.

Are your eyes working? Sounds like a bolt delay eye fault

What is the dwell set at?

Yes it's LCD. That's all I know about it. I'll investigate further.

Adjustable trigger? Not letting the limit switch out enough?

Trigger was adjusted poorly initially but I backed it out and ensured I get a fully click each trigger pull. Did not change the issue.

ID:	722664 Ecapnation. Board is a 2k4 LCD. I have another 2k4 LED board as a spare as well.

I’ll get a photo of the boot up screen as well.

That F indicates an eye fault

Manual said F is "FORCED MODE" but the manual is pretty bad. Says a * is an eye sensor malfunction. So maybe swapping the board is a good place to start.

Okay nobody would probably have a frenzy board that's earlier

Trying to use the board again, but pressing the buttons only seems to start and stop the timer. I can’t get i to any options.

board says Bob Long 116 and then states battery voltage.

Swapped around board and parts but can’t get other board to even turn on. Rebuilt the solenoid but ran out of air…. Hopefully the rapid firing was a lack of air issue and not something worse’s. But until I get more air I’m out of luck.

Intimidators are not blowback so a lack of air will not cause a rapid fire

Looks like I have more troubleshooting ahead of me.
