    CCM On/Off + Air Fittings

I ordered a replacement on/off + air fitting for my CCM T2. I’ve been out of this game for a while now, so I’m looking for some guidance on how to ensure I have this set up correctly.

I’m pretty sure CCM already did steps 1 and 2 as that screw is not moving out of the air fitting (I believe it’s in reference to the screw in the photo below).

On step 3, what o ring am I using and where am I placing it? I know I’m missing something because when I hook the on/off up to my T2 + air it up, it leaks where the air fitting connects to the on/off.

Also, should one of those small o rings be going inside the on/off where my tank makes contact with the on/off (see photo).

Thanks in advance for helping me figure this out!

the highlighter on that last pic was breaking my brain on how much it looks like olive "leftover anno" over dust black

its not a great video, but its the shorter of the 2 i saw on youtube, its from CCM doing one on the regulator side

Those Orings are spares. The appropriate rings all come installed.
You just need to unscrew the button head screw on the fitting and it will come apart.
It takes an allen key for installation of the post (with sealant on threads), then put the collar on (at your desired angle) and reinstall the button head screw.

Good info already shared above. Loose o-rings are spares. Put a dab of blue Loctite on the posts, use the provided allen key to tighten them down, then out the housing on, then the housing screw.

If it's leaking from where the threaded post installs, did you use and let loctite set or use teflon tape?

Video + all advice worked like a charm. Many thanks everyone. T2 is now shooting lasers (with no leaks!).
