Think maybe there would be enough meat in the female ASA threaded section to drill through it to allow it to simply bolt up through the bottom, like a ducktail?
The Infinity Legend ASAs were machined like that.

But if the ASA isn't designed for that you would have to seal those threads and the space between the ASA and frame

I like the suggestion but I don’t believe I have the length in threads to set the ASA in a position where the regulator will clear the grip frame.

Could you drill and tap a new mounting point into the frame, then?

I wonder if a single good bolt combined with what's left of the dovetail would be enough to lock the ASA into place.

You could just jb weld it straight to the frame as long as you don't think you'll ever need to remove it again

Use JB weld.

Then grind it with a dremel till its functional.
Keep the epoxy and your dremel work on the inside. Good precise work can be done with those cut off disks and a file with a skilled operator. That will preserve function and exterior finish.

Otherwise throw it away because its broken
