I'm gonna go out on a limb and say these are the blowbacks, not the newer one, based on the builds I've seen from Bond.

I'm then going to guess that the bodies are cast, and that after something breaks/ is cut, there are issues arising from casting porosity leading to leak paths?

I know Titans with the vert ASA have an internal air passage on the driver's side but the feedneck is on the opposite side so I don't see how a damaged or removed feedneck could cause a leak. Are there any left feed Mokals?

Are they plugged anywhere? Montneels have an airline drilled through the rear body. It’s plugged on the front face with a loctited set screw.

An old F1 I had, had an internal airline like that. There were orings at the end for seals, but if you werent careful after a full takedown, it would leak like mad

My Titans are all like this. The air passage is plugged with a set screw. If OP's Mokal is similar this could be the issue.

Ya that’s where I would think it might develop a leak

Which mokal markers do you have? Let's start with that.

                    Can you upload pictures?
