Swapping the valve resulted in no change. Valve does not appear to open.
And now I’m blowing hoses…. Sigh.
I've had issues with the reg pin spring not seating on the base of the pin. Make sure it's sitting on there properly - it can go cockeyed when reassembling and prevent the LPR from dialing down completely.
