Quick draw rules question. There was some talk
last year about holstering markers for the competition. Has there been any changes made yet. Just holding your marker up in the air and then lowering it to fire seems to create an unfair advantage.to some. Let's make it old west.

I definitely never took QuickDraw at Slims, but I did Mexican Carry at Jesse’s for quick draw and won! Maybe I WON’T use the holster…..🤔

I would have to give the edge to a holster,as its the same starting position every time. Repetition ,constants,and practice make perfect. A little luck goes a long ways but preparation is key. It looks cool too.

The updated rules for the quick draw competition, as well as updated scenario maps for Wild West Saturday will be posted in the next few weeks so everyone will have plenty of time (4 months) to prepare.

Please note that the updated rules for the Wild West Quick Draw Competition have been posted in the second post on page 1.

There have been some significant changes made, such as the increased distance of players standing 40 feet apart, players will no longer advance towards each other if they miss and the introduction of a point system and buys.

As we did last Fall, players must now draw from a holster or their belt, so make sure your markers have detents to prevent rollouts on the draw!

Trying to make this one. Anybody driving by an airport like Springfield/Hartford that I could hitch a ride with*? So far those look to be some of the cheaper flights. Can’t believe how pricey flying is these days. Ha some of these are like international prices.

*will help pay for gas or paint or food. Drivers choice.
