Stock Class Weekend presented by TimberGhosts and Handmade Paintball

Only could make it out for Sunday, but regardless...was a great time. A BIG thanks to Slimbo and the Timberghosts for putting on such a rad event. So much fun trading paint with fellow stock classers...it being local was the icing on the cake. Gotta say though....it's about goddamn time. Have been waiting for this day to come since the mid-90's. Hah. I took a long 20+ year hiatus from playing, but i'm definitely back in it now...for good. This event pretty much sealed the deal. Stock Class games remind me of why I fell in love with paintball in the first place in the late 80's/early 90's. Can't wait for the next one.

My son had a great time as well. Best first day of paintball a Dad could possibly ask for. Took his hits and didn't complain...even got bunkered by Slimbo without a surrender and took it like a champ. He loved it all...Couldn't stop talking about it all the way home to Baltimore. Plus, he was super stoked about the headband given to him by the Handmade Paintball guys. You guys rock. He made sure that I washed it right away when we got home so he could put it away for safe keeping. Hah.
And yes...pretty sure we converted 2 of the speedball guys. I asked them what they thought right after the last game and they were pretty hyped. Said they had a blast. Hopefully they'll come to the next one...

Anyway, awesome day...was great meeting and playing with everyone. To those that I didn't get to actually meet...will meet you next time.
