So I was just thinking about the idea of potluck and meet up and wondered if someone else would mind organizing it this year? Mine was okay but I felt like it could have been better. If we want to hold it over at Trbo's / my camp or at Rusty Brass's or at the main vendor area I am sure all of those locations will be great. Let me know.Comment

Give this a shot and tell me what you think. I decided not to collect a lot of personal info (like email addresses, etc) since we're all such an eclectic group. But if you all want me to collect emails to make it easier to modify your answer, I can do that.
All of the responses will be put into a report that can be seen by all respondents, so they'll know what others are bringing. There's an option to revise your response as well, but this is only available when you're filling out the form. You can't revise your response later unless I collect emails...

I know Joker's and I have talked about this... but for the last few years, we have been considering doing a vendor booth for everyone to BST at, hang out, stage out of, etc. Considering the rather large craigslist lots that Super Nova and jokers snagged this year... I am guessing that we would have more than enough to fill up a silver sized tent. Not only with selling things but also showing off plenty of the custom pieces we have been building.
If anyone would be interested in trying to split the cost, man the tent, sell stuff, etc.... Comment on this post and I'll see what I can do about organizing that side of things.Comment

I will likely have little to sell however I'd be more than happy to help with this endeavor. I can man the tent for a few hours any of the days (that'll cut back on paint costs... Maybe) and even pitch in some money for the booth -
LMK if you need help with funding or manning the tent. I just sold a bunch of stuff, but I may have some Ion-based markers to sell. I could always stock up on rebuilt items and add them to the pile
I may be pretty spent by the end of the wkd and am always happy to sit out the DMZ battles.

The vendor spaces really aren't that bad. I'll be there with Gatormaille, who me and my team are really tight with, and in Autocockerworld with my buddies there. And it's nice to have a spot like 50 yards from the field to stage and stay out of the weather when that happens. And the paintball bazaar that pops up is right in front of that.Comment

POTLUCK SIGNUP! (now reimagined!)
I've re-done the potluck signup for this year and am using a tool that'll allow you to see everything that has been taken so far. I've elected to hide everyone's emails and phone numbers - those won't be publicly visible. Email is required to sign up so the app can remind you to make the food 😁
Please sign up using your MCB handle or if you prefer, your name. I can add more categories or slots if needed - just ping me if something needs adjusting.
Current plan is to meet at 6PM Friday evening at the Jokers/Trbo camps and share the grub. That can be adjusted if we get a booth or think another place would be better.

Every year I tell myself I NEED to play supergame and every year I fail to do so (well every year since LL left CPX) ... I really want to make it happen. While camping is fun and unparalleled for camaraderie... my body is broken and absolutely needs a bed. Any suggestions? hotels to stay at? places to eat? etc... IF I went not sure if I would fly in or drive in.Comment

lhamilton1807 is your couch still on air bnb as the Chateau La Hammy? That might be an option! He could also attend the L'esquisse Spa al la Levi. -
I’ve offered the Chateau La Hammy guest room to some friends from out of town. They’ve not confirmed if they will take me up on it or would prefer a rental. Can keep everyone posted. -

As far as suggestions I am sure I have a spare cot, and Trbo323 might have a spare bed in his pop up trailer
If you decide to fly or drive feel free to reach out to me either way and I am sure we can help get you into the camping area and out. If you decide to go with a hotel let me know I have a friend who uses a hotel every year and I can find out which one he uses and how far it is. As far as food the prices on site are not exorbitant and if you would like there is normally extra food over at my camping spot. I am sure that same friend can help out with the offsite food info as well.Comment

I don't think I will have extra room in the camper this year actually. My team is still deciding who is all going and who is not
As for on site food, it's been kind of hit and miss the last few years. They used to have a really good food vendor but that changed 2 years ago. The new one isn't bad just not as good either. I don't think they did breakfast last year if I remember right.
My suggestion is if you are staying in a hotel eat breakfast out, lunch at the field and then figure out what you want to do door dinner while there
