I'm always interested in different scenario style games but don't get me wrong, this is not my style of play

I've never seen a game with this many rules.

Also, charging for the tank/helicopter/armored vehicle stuff?

I could understand if you were flying me around in an actual helicopter but just simulating? Idk, just feels wrong to me if the goal is to grow this game.

So is this one of those events only a small group of friends get to use first strike and no one else??? Thats why I don't like driving 6+ hours for a pos game with rules that are caitered to small group of people...which is obviously not fair.
