Agd micro ca2 piece pin seal?

My micro Ca has been seeing a lot of use recently and I’ve noticed a leak coming from it occasionally, resulting in some terrible efficiency. Anyone have access to the piece pin seats? Also how do I access it? Looks like some sort of c clip is holding things in place.

IIRC I used a reg seat out of a Classic Valve rebuild kit.

I want to say it is a really tight fit but works.

Yes, I'm pretty sure I used one and sanded down the outside a little and used a drill bit to slightly widen the hole.

I suppose you could use a fat urethane o-ring that fits over the pin and is a snug enough fit in the cavity to stay in place. The seating surface is pretty wide on a CO2 cartridge so the mating surface does not have to be super precise.

And does removing the seat require any disassembly or can I just pull it out with a pick?

Should just pop out without disassembly.
      Working...
