    That oring is found here:

Airgun Designs is a custom paintball gun manufacturer Specializing in the XM Automag paintball gun and it's variations including: 68 Automag, Classic Automag, RT ULE Automag, Classic RT Automag, Automag RT Pro, Retro Automag, E-Mag, X-Mag. New models utilize our own proprietary X-Valve and Level 10 Technology. This technology allows for extremely consistent velocities and rates of fire all with a walkable, mechanical trigger. Airgun Designs has been making paintball guns since 1990.

    I think it's a 002 or 003 in buna.
And God turned to Gabriel and said: “I shall create a land called Canada of outstanding natural beauty, with majestic mountains soaring with eagles, sparkling lakes abundant with bass and trout, forests full of elk and moose, and rivers stocked with salmon. I shall make the land rich in oil so the inhabitants prosper and call them Canadians, and they shall be praised as the friendliest of all people.”

“But Lord,” asked Gabriel, “Is this not too generous to these Canadians?”

And God replied, “Just wait and see the neighbors I shall inflict upon them."

Thanks. I’m hoping I might have that size of O-ring in my horde.

It's not. I have 003s on hand, it's pretty clear that the thickness is different than 000 series rings

Easy tiger, that's why I supplied the link to the correct ones.

001 and 001-1/2 orings have a 1/32 cross section and 002 has a 3/64 cross section vs the 1/16 cross section of all other 000 series orings. So my money would be on them being those sizes if they're standard orings.

I'm thinking they're some odd size. The o-ring chart from Automags.org from 2014 lists is as being "off the charts small"

          From Automags.org thread: https://www.automags.org/forums/show...e-L10-ULT-Emag

X-Valve (for RT-Pro, RT Custom, Emag, and Xmag; 1 rebuild)
          2 Power Tube (on/off bottom) O-rings - 010
          1 Reg. Piston O-ring - 012
          3 Reg. Seat O-rings - 008
          1 Reg. Body O-ring - 017
          2 RT On/Off Small O-rings - 004
          4 Reg. Valve Pin O-rings - 006
          5 L10 Carrier o-ring - 008

ULT Outer (large) O-rings, top and bottom - 010
ULT Top (small) O-ring - 006 (fits around the ULT pin coming out the top)
ULT Inside (tiny) O-ring - off the charts small (Buna-N; sold by AGD or Tuna) -- this is the one I likely need to replace.
L10 Powertube Shims - .010" thickness, otherwise same dimension as ULT shims
ULT Shims - .005" thickness, otherwise same dimension as L10 shims

I have successfully replaced them on many occasions with -001 70 durometer buna orings. That's a standard off the shelf seal, although it's not super common.

Having said that, I don't know if that is exactly what AGD uses. The math does work out, and when I've replaced them, they fit perfectly and work. The ULE trigger pin is .032" in diameter. The actual ID of a -001 oring is .029". That looks like a good fit to me. And as I mentioned, they've worked for me. If you were in the US of A, I'd gladly put a couple in an envelope, but I hate shipping across borders.

Another thing to consider is disassembly. The pin is made of two parts and some are stuck together. I think it was recommended at one point 20 years ago to put a small drop of blue loctite on the pin to help the two pieces stick together and not have the bottom fall off when you take the gun apart. This works great until you want to change that little baby oring. I've had to fight to get some apart, others have come right apart. For the tough ones, I ground down an old precision screwdriver to fit through the tiny hole on the bottom of the pin. This lets me gently tap the longer pin out and gain access to the oring. Hopefully yours will pull right apart.

Good luck, and if you happen to have a friend in Washington or something, I'll gladly send you some free orings.

Thankfully it pulls right apart without issue.

Oh yeah no, I was saying it's not a 000 series, the link you have is absolutely the correct ring

Although I may be wrong on that as I thought the cross section was the same below 003 looks like I may not be

I'll grab my popcorn and read on from here

None of my o-rings are anywhere close to this small, so going to put in an order at AGD and get the standard on/off. Given this is being used on a Longbow I really don’t need the lighter trigger pull anyways.

Getting some help from Automags.org. They suggest it’s the carrier not the on/off. Might have to order a bunch of different carriers. Hopefully get things narrowed down before ordering stuff. Mags just don’t seem to like me.

Thanks, that would be awesome! My carrier had no markings, so must be the 0.

There are actually 2 smaller sizes than what ATBen posted above.

I started with the smallest and had a slight leak down the barrel. I moved up to the next one and it stopped. Not sure what the best procedure is, but it's been going strong for the last 4 cases.

You should start with the larger size and work your way down the list towards 000. The carrier adjusts how much the oring is squeezed and it is adjusted based on wear. Normally they end up 000 to 1or so.

Been talking with Tunaman on Automag.org and he's suggested I used a 00 carrier.
