Mag Headaches Continue - shoots, leaks from trigger frame

One step forward, two steps back with my mag it seems. Good news is I’ve got it firing now. Cycles well and I’m right at the point where if I decrease the velocity it no longer fires, but then increase and it shoots fine. So slight improvement.

Downside is now I have a strong leak by the trigger frame, so I would assume it’s the on/off. This I’m not sure how to deal with. I’ve replaced all o-rings with an AGD kit and lube it up, but in my short testing I’ve lost over 1.5k of from my tank and only have 1.5 left.

So I would appreciate any assistance or direction on what to attempt next. I’ve removed the on/off and everything looks good. Is there a magical number of shims necessary?! Perhaps a splash of unicorn blood or sacred
MCB mayo?

Might also be the seal between the valve halves or the pressure relief vent.

Have you replaced every seal?

What valve is it?

Pretty sure I replaced everything. It’s an Xvalve ULE. I’ll take it all apart again, inspect the rings and oil the living daylights out of it. I’m starting to think it just doesn’t like me.

If you hold the trigger and you get what sounds like a lawn sprinkler effect, the on/off is leaking.
If you hold the trigger and the leak stops, the on/off is working properly.
If you release the trigger and you hear a leak, the leak is in the powertube.

If you hold the trigger and hear a non-lawn-sprinkler effect, something is wrong. Maybe a missing rail bushing, maybe reg piston, etc.

I think that's a ULT on-off... did you put the wrong orings in it, maybe? I don't think ULT seals come with a standard Xvalve rebuild kit.

Orings just came loose in a bag with little to no directions. I replace like-size orings with the new ones. Orings seem to be good and tight, have to work to remove on/off.

Did you get them from AGD?

The on-off has a very tiny oring inside that deals on the on-off pin... wonder if that might causing issues.

Yes, straight from AGD. I know the tiny o-ring you're talking about. I've visually inspected it and it looks fine but I have not replaced it. I'll give it another look over and see if they included a replacement in the kit.

Does the leak stop when the trigger is held?
Is your rail missing the bushing?

I’ve run out of air again. I’ll look to see if my rail bushing is there.
