Is the Supernova supposed to be full of BBs?

I was about to list this as-is and noticed a rattling noise. I figured I should check it out and I’m more confused than when I started. What is this? Some sort of home brew devolumizer? Portable rain stick? Attack maraca?

They're called de-icer beads in Nova parlance. .. like Araphel said, meant to help control liquid.

I completely forgot about the beads when I got mine in and popped the back off and they went everywhere!!!

Mine is still at AG for a rebuild. They have been struggling with it, but just gave it to an expert to compare to other novas and see what is up.

Never knew they had this, but I honestly might incorporate it into my 12g powered pump autococker somehow. If you turn a PPS 12gram Cart regulator upside down, you can end up filling the body with liquid co2 which makes it super hard to fire. Maybe this could help.

The leak is likely from the over pressure piston oring. They can be a nightmare to get leak free sometimes.
