I haven't owned too may cockers over the years. But i have one that i love now, and have enjoyed working on it. The thing is; now i have an lpr and 3-way just sitting on my desk. I literally have no more extra parts than that, but every time i look at them i can't help the thought... "I should build another autococker with these."

For me it usually starts with, "there's and extra 10-32 frame screw, time for another cocker""but we all have electros and you guys only have pumps, this wont be fair"
(chuckling quietly) "we know"

I'm kind of the opposite, I'm like, hey, I have 3 bodies, 2 frames, and a bin full of other parts, I bet I can put together a whole marker
Inevitably there one or two parts I still need to order

Never been bit by the Cocker bug, I usually bought them to strip them and turn them into pumps. I have a crap load of old pneumatics and rarely get the urge to put one together. My weakness is building Automags and Old School Nelson Clones.

I'm the other end of the spectrum. I'll buy a body kit with an idea in mind as to how I want it to be built then proceed to buy about 2 or 3x as many parts as it takes to finish a gun so that I have options to build it out. Gotta have a good selection of black, silver, chrome and other parts to play dress up on an autococker. If it doesn't look cool then what's the point?

But hey, I'm not one to discriminate, so I have taken budding steps towards this method with other markers as well.
