    Sandridge Questions

Click image for larger version Name:	afNE416.jpg Views:	0 Size:	91.0 KB ID:	347046 I recently got my Sandridge TF5 up and running and I have a few questions: Can I replace the 6v/1.8w Mac solenoids with more common 12v noids?
Which dip switch is used for timing and which one is for uncapped mode? They both activate the timing led when switched on. Lastly, does anyone have the measurements on the sear ram? Clippard thinks it's 5" long and I don't want to disassemble it as it currently works, but leaks. Thanks for any help.

Also, the board capacitors are Panasonic part number EEE-HA1C471UP for those that need them.

I have a couple of the sear rams, though new-in-the-tube. To use on a Sandy, they need to be milled at a slight angle on the mounting face. The ram cannot be disassembled, it's crimped shut like the old 'Cocker "mini" rams.

The Clippard part number on the tube is SDR-05-1/2

And if you need one, the yoke type fitting- the saddle that connects the ram to the sear- is Clippard part number RC-0581

I see you ended up with that beautiful red/black acid wash Yin Yang Fishbone Tiny Tornado! Nice snag =) I am restoring a Sandridge from the same seller.. Definitely keeping this post in mind. There are a few videos of a guy restoring one. I will link them below:
      Part 1: https://youtu.be/33W7aymCPfY
      Part 2: https://youtu.be/qQG94pkHS4c
      Part 3: https://youtu.be/E_-BELEkk28
      Part 4: https://youtu.be/iCNdgKGA7MQ
      Part 5: https://youtu.be/nYarSysDpZg
A few of these are probably irrelevant but I figure more is better than less.

      Best of luck friend!

Thanks for the info and the yoke part number Doc, I pmed you. Loophole, thanks for the links. These customcockers threads are the best source of info I've found, I'm guessing you got that black F5:

This is a discussion forum dedicated to the various custom autococker paintball markers which have been built and modified over the years.
