Does the amount of pressure you have to pull on the bolt pin change as you are increasing the LPR? Or stay constant?

It's staying relatively constant. The ASA is a screw in so I can "raise" the output straight from the ASA. As soon as it starts feeding air to the HPR and the rest of the marker the noid is leaking. If I keep screwing the ASA in, the leak will increase, but the force it takes to pull the bolt back doesn't go up by much.

You are not adjusting the pressure though, only the flow rate. This is why I want you to adjust the LPR. I'm trying to isolate it to see if it is functioning correctly before anything else.

If your LPR is just pushing through straight HPR pressure then all of your problems are likely tied to that. The noid was likely fine, just over pressure venting and the ram may have blown the sail o ring also due to overpressure.

Gotcha. The adjusting the LPR makes a marginal difference, but a difference nonetheless.

Can you 0 it out or is it always feeding pressure?

It's sounding more and more like your LPR might be the issue. While I've never dealt with an exact ID LPR, the design is a common one and you should be able to make pretty large adjustments

Its always feeding pressure, even when its 0'd out. Enough to cock the marker. I'll open it up and rebuild it in case I messed up somewhere and see where I get to.

Yeah that's my go to at this point. You should be able to adjust it so it's not putting out anything

                  Alright, finally some progress.

Rebuilt the LPR, and when it's 0'd out it's still leaking, but it's more of a trickle. Putting the cocker into classic mode and holding down the trigger will no longer cock the gun unless it's dialed in to what would be expected.

Pulled the hose off the front of the ram, and blocked the barb with my finger, the ram seems to be pushing back a little, so I'm gathering there's a leak on the RAM sail as well. I'll rebuild that one as well.

There does seem to still be some air coming out of the front barb of the solenoid as well, I guess I have to reseat this one too as it might have been deformed due to the earlier leaks.

Like, what the hell, these are new pneumatics. Maybe old stock?

Stop chasing the noid. It's not your problem and likely never was. If the ram sail is leaking that's where the air is coming from

Ram rebuilt. Even though this is "new" the rear bumper seemed a little damaged (like it was caught on something) and the front one was disloged from the ram sail.

Replaced all orings, now there's no air going through the ram sail. Noid is still venting even though there's minimal air going through it (LPR almost 0'd).

I think it's time I accept defeat and get someone else to have a first hand look at it. Everyone's been extremely helpful to get this thing up and running, but given you're all getting 2nd hand information from me, there might be something I am missing because I simply "don't know what I don't know".

Well, there's many of us on here that are capable of something like this, take your pick essentially

Took it to someone who's fairly local to me and has extensive autococker knowledge.

From a first look, it seems that the issues were all originating from a missing reg seat in the HPR. It was pushing unregulated pressure (about 600psi) to the LPR and from then on mayhem ensued. I do remember removing a bunch of green goop from the HPR spring, however, not sure whether that was just old lube and the seat had gone missing at some point in the past or if the seat had disintegrated to the point it became goop. I'm leaning towards the former.

Strangely enough, the videos I followed to rebuild the HPR (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kWex1wJfzLw and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K8JrFDazp8g) didn't seem to include a reg seat.
