Hot off the press….. (Shout out to ARC). I had enough parts done to give me a few options, will update the thread with more pics/feedback as I start the build

Dam that is Nice! Wow I can’t wait to see it together that Green is really clean looking. That gloss finish is really well done.Comment

I did order them, but found out it’s going to be a few months before they even start shipping and I didn’t want to hold the whole project up - ill likely send them to get color matched once they get delivered. I’m with you on dark green, I’m always surprised how few of us are out there!Comment

i don't think the UL-I is compatible with your matched tip. Only standard UL, Proto, and UL-S baccks will work (UL-S makes the barrel 15" in length.
Master Sconi also offers the Oil Can Freak back that uses Dye tips if you want to use an insert system with it. It's actually my fav Freak back because it takes advantage of Dye's self-aligning design.

nice I think im gonna do the same close enough to the twister back, I have a few inception backs and they are a bit too narrow to match the bodyComment

Great choice ano. A lot of people go off the deep end when anodizing super high end cockers. It often obscures the milling. but the lines on yours is perfectly visible.
What bolt and lower internals are you planning on running?Comment

Thank you - I am not really a fan of super flashy, I wanted to keep it simple, like you said, let the milling be the star of the show.
I have a few evo length bolts (ID/CCM/WGP) in the collection, I’ll probably try them all out and see what feels best.
As for internals, I’m not sure honestly. I was going to do Dye Lazarus & Angry Hammer, but I am just learning about that new WGP LTI product and it seems intriguing. I’m not up to date on the latest stuff on the market. -
The Lazarus is probably the big thing on the market right now. I've heard they can use some tweaks to get them running optimally tho, maybe something about a spring? I'm not sure because I'd never used them, only been told so by avid users.
Another option most people probably aren't considering is the Meteor F1 valve. They claim it can operate as low as 160psi.
But buying a set of Shocktech Phat Rat internals would probably be the easiest, no nonsense, and reliable route. install them, turn the IVG in 2 turns, and adjust the velocity by the inline regulator pressure. That's it, no potential headaches from having to tune springs and such.
As far as the bolt goes, I THINK these use STO length bolts instead of the normal Evo length. Some bolts mange to work well in either length tho. I'd just check to make sure the inlet of the bolt is nicely aligning with the valve outlet in the body prior to installing the lower tube. Evo length bolts will be slightly too short to align, potentially causes low velocity.
