So the frame spacing is so close to the autococker. I have an ACP single hinge with key slots for mounting. The sear location is the same as the stock frame. Only thing I need is another 1/8" of sear. I wonder if there's a set screw under this sear?

So much for my editing skills....Anyhow, you'll note the sear height and location is a little off.
My goal, make a new sear. I'll start with a sear I have lying around. I've taken a tapered pin and drove it into the existing pivot hole.

How's the sear going to reset? Right now you have a F/A trigger group - the sear will stay down as long as the trigger is held and the hammer will cycle continously until the trigger is released.

I used a trigger frame and sear from a aci griffin. It actually needed a small shim to space the frame off so the sear could drop enough. Maybe try a sear from one of those?

Trying things…. Will it work?! No idea, but the sear moves and I can adjust the action.

Mechanical linkage for the original frame! It shoots with air, but not recocking. Need more experimentation
