Super tiny update, no luck in creating my own little bracket. I've not found the right size nuts to essentially pin the 3-way to my custom bracket.
So... I'm looking at chopping up an extra front block I found in my parts box. I've had very little time to work on projects lately since I'm trying to get my garage in order (future shop).

I have a tap (and die ... I think) for cocker 3 way.
might be able to make a bit for you if you're interested ...

Maybe... I'll come back with an idea, and see if you might have something better.

        Ahoy!

I had a fleeting moment so a little more work was done on the project. Mostly maintenance stuff. Cleaned, o-ring-ed, and lubed everything so it should all be in working order.
Because I had it lying around I swapped the stock spyder valve with an EKO one. I didn't alter the valve to close off the blow-back air, but that might be an option if I get it running well. It should be a more efficient valve overall.

The Ram was dead, and I found rebuilding it with store bought o-rings a real challenge. They just didn't want to seal up. So I grabbed this one off of another setup, and I'll have to try some different o-rings to get the Ram working.

Eye ball timed the bolt and ram positions. It should cycle correctly now, with the bolt moving correctly, and the striker able to catch easily. There is no hammer lug to adjust on a spyder, it's all about the ram and back-plate position.

Which leads back to the current shenanigans... hmm. Do they make a shorter 3 way rod? That is a beefy piece of metal to try to reshape.

Also I might just zip-tie it together... just to see if I can get it to function.

I love when I get notifications for this one! Coming along nicely. 3 way rods...I am sure you can find diff lengths. I believe the TechT rod for Trilogy cockers is adjustable?

The Techt timing rod should have the same o-ring spacing as a stock WGP 3-way. Worr Games modeled the Trilogy switch after their standard one.

That's a nifty option. Anyone have a measurement of the trilogy 3 way arm? I'm looking at roughly 1.95, or just shy of 2 inches, is about the length I'm looking for.

There has to be a slide lock mechanism I can buy too that does exactly that.

I can get you stock Trilogy 3 way measurements. For some reason I still have one, but no trilogy. Lol. But I can't get you any Techt 3 way measurements.

Thanks, ya just need the o-ring spacing and length of the rod. Tech t option is expensive if it doesn't fit lol. Also the adjustment on it is good but might not be enough if the distances are not quite there.

Not nearly as much as I'd like. I've had to fix other things and home projects that are getting in the way of the important things.

I'm still stuck on mounting the 3 way. I think I'm going to buy a tap and attempt the custom bracket again. I'm trying to measure out the timing right now before I mount the 3 way.

Any way to fab or 3d print a bracket/holder for the 3way that fits somehow to the front frame screw?

Should be doable, the threads for the 3 way are standard and taps can be purchased for them (I have one sonewhere)

An update, but not a good one. I was really hoping to have this working before end of the year, but life projects have amassed to critical levels, including an injury (I'm almost fine now).

I have everything 'working', it holds air, the ram works, the 3 way mount is the last obstacle for assembly. I'll get there...

Are there any updates to this? This is such a cool build, one of the reasons I decided to finally join and not just lurk. Also cant find much more spydercocker info except one or two threads on another forum, but I heard about ottercustoms having some guides that I cant seem to find.
