Only on MCB can teardrop barrels be described as too modern, or the year 2005 being the cutoff for what constitutes a modern marker.
Yes, there is of course context to it, and quite correct context as well but still - only on MCB.

Tear drop barrels were around in the 90's as well. So it's technically sill period correct. I had one on a Mag in 96

It's not that the teardrops didn't exist it's that the styling is too close to more modern barrels so it looks more modern than the year it was actually made

Ah, how very MCB of you - extrapolating as to the minute specifics of why a teardrop that, in fact, did exist way back in the day - still is too modern.

I stand by my previous statements;

1: Only on MCB.
2: I love this place.

Never liked the Teardrop (or Progressive for that matter). If you're going SP, it's All American or nothing.

Venturi got my vote here as the lesser of two evils.
