If your looking at a full length arm from the block end 4.925 is where I was drilling them. Tap size is 4-40. If your looking for a screw you want a shoulder screw I forget the length exactly I'm pretty sure its over 1/8" you can try this part# from mcmaster carr 97345A101

a through hole AT arm would be a whole lot nicer than the pin i had to use because of the empire one (and sand down a bunch)

That's some great info! Thank you

Now just to figure out a "hitman mod" for the lite PA 3-way

Well I'm not sure a hitman tang is a good idea on those. since there is no rotational stabilization it could just rotate to the right side of the gun and be really hard to "find" while playing. Secondly because the 3 way is only supported by the orings if you move the pull point away from the axis you might get binding or premature wear in the valve body and stem. All that being said though I can tell you that the set screw that holds the cap onto the valve stem is 10-32 so if you wanted to experiment for cheep you could just use a long 10-32 screw as your hitman mod. If its not binding and working how you want then you can just put some washers or a tube under the head and then you have a pretty simple hitman mod.

This is pretty much my first idea but haven't tried it yet. I have a second idea that is more involved but would cause less wear.

Here is the drawing of the base cap if that helps. I was planning on releasing something like this so that if people wanted to try their hand at 3d printing their own they had a good reference to start with.

I've been thinking of picking up one of these and 3D print an over the barrel pump handle, then I found a complete kit ...

Might have to revisit that option ...

That's pretty much what I was wanting to build ... Then I found a tjd kit ...
That look sweet, how does it shoot?

Haven't played with it in about 10 years but it was always a good time when I played with it. It never gave me an issues.

so, as an update, i was able to get the correct frame which makes a world of difference to the smoothness, slider frame auto-trigger has way more drag and this is the one time it actually matters.. the reg and ASA line up are less than ideal so the frame will be making its way out for T-slotting.

then off to anno. with the new body

was thinking body, frame, vert adapter. frontblock. and a stella tip + perhaps reg swivel? feedneck lever? ASA front piece?

anno is going to be something gloss and with some noise, the whole gun makes no sense, why should the anno?

What's the deal with the barbs on the pumpgrip. Integrated 3-way?

Hot Dam that is a sick build. I agree T slot that frame that will clean that up nicely. Can’t wait to see what Ano you go with. Who are you using?

not sure, will probably be a tossup between FX or Caustic, nothing against the other guys out there, those are the 2 shops i have dealt with in the last 5 years, and they have treated me spectacularly, happy to go back for more

not sure what i wanna do though.. masking?, splash?, titanium fade?, woodgrain?, "weathered"?, graphic?
