    WGP Ranger won't pump

If I pull the pump off and push the bolt back with a dowel rod it moves just fine, but with the pump attached it won't budge, if I jimmy the handle a bit in it'll eventually move, very roughly, what am I doing wrong?

Is the pump or pump arm binding on anything? Pump guide aligned properly? Sounds strange and like a binding versus body internal issues

I looked real close and the pump isn't perfectly centered on the barrel, the bore is slightly off center; I turned it 180 degrees and that smoothed it out compared to what it was, I think that was it thanks!!

Could it be the pump arm screws are fitted too tightly?

I'm fair sure they're the factory screws and they're down finger tight, I think it was being caused by the pump being upside down ><
