I don't think there is any information beyond the fundraising goal not being met. That was the end of it other than private conversations up until this thread.

I'd be interested in a gargoyle for sure. Missed the indigo campaign because of school at the time.... this time I'll be ready to drop some coin.

The warthog I'm not so sure about. It's a cool design and concept though. I'd want to see some pictures/video of someone playing with one

I don’t see why you couldn’t make a Gargoyle open class all you would need is make the top body piece with some sort of attachment that attaches at the back body ring like the feed tube. Is there any reason it’s got to be it own marker? It would be cool if you could just pull the feed tube and body half and drop in an open class feed.

Rodney was very much against that idea feeling that dedicated bodies were the way to go. It wasn't my interest but the Warthog had a really neat setup for opening up the breach for cleaning/swapping parts. If I remember right I think it was something like the old Angels.

I worked on a feed block for open class conversion of the Gargoyle for a while. With the current lines of the Gen 1 at least. Its hard to make it look good.

That's pretty much what the Warthog is (will be?). A flat top Garg with an Empire feedneck nub. You could go open class, stock class feed, or spring feed without changing anything integral to the marker itself. Seems pretty perfect.
