KP3 flat backtrigger group on a gun that came with a Kp2 angled back

So now I'm curious and don't want to take apart guns to find out they don't work.

Would a Flat back KP3 trigger group fit a gun that has the earlier angled trigger group.

I think so, short of the stock cut outs for the safety assembly, but if you just mean the lower tubes to the trigger assembly, they should work... at least from what I remember.

awesome, I knew the stocks were specific to the trigger groups. Im thinking temproarly putting the trigger group and stock from my KP3 onto the long kp since Slims stockclas game is coming up quick.

so a slanted trigger group body is not compatible with a flatback late kp3 trigger group. The slantback uses a cross pin to hold it in place while the flatback uses two side screws.

Well, my bad.. my walz has aslant back and is side drilled like your flat back, so I figured it would work.

I'm sure there's plenty of variation.

Doesn't change my original plan to get a stock made. Just means if I play with it at the end of the month it will be stock less.
