Not sure who Uncle Jerry is but here is the start of his free rifle build...
As some may remember I received a 15 pound box from a member here who wants to remain annon, and in that box were four loney and forlorn Sheridan pistols that were just begging for new life...
I posted up looking for some someone deserving and found three who fit the bill..
O.K.------ Just looked up some info and it's Trbo's uncle Jerry so let's see if he likes what I have going on for him...
First picture is of lonely and forlorn Sheridan pistol...( was frozen up and locked right).
Next pictures are beginning of rifle build..
I tore the poor thing apart and made up a freak barrel system for her. Opened up the transfer ports and the bolt. Did a little detail work at the barrel end and made a site rail with a removable ghost ring and also a front site... punched a " walz" logo on her and made up a stick feed for those times when a hopper is overkill. Found another bolt as the ole one was fried. Powdercoated the whole in a fine black texture...
Made a stock to fit her...( not completed).
Still need to hog the stock for a trigger group, make a trigger guard, butt plate, and complete the air supply system...
Im needing a feed gate for the stick feed ( anyone printing any or know where I can access some).
