Too quick, not everything got soldered straight. 😏

I'll need to take it apart and correct it at some point, I'm not happy with it... but I've lost the drive to continue with the project for now so I'm going to box it up and not worry about it. <shrug>

Well, it's been over a month somehow and I finally felt like taking another stab at this thing. I desoldered everything and cleaned it this past week, and resoldered the barrels back on. Everything is straight, finally.

Still debating on whether or not to put feedtubes on it, but it looks at home in my pirate stock I made, so that decision has been made at least. 🙂

I got to shoot mine at people today.

Not much of an update... mounted the trigger group, drilled/tapped the back cap for an RVA (1/4"-28), tapped the valve alignment holes underneath, installed setscrews. I did install internals as well to verify fit and function. And I made a longer pump arm, the other didn't work with the stock.

The stock got slimmed down some more and refinished... got a fade going on now, looks cool. (I spilled what was left of the first stain and had to go with black. 😏)

I think I'm going to go with a clip-on style of feed so I can run single shot still... just need to decide on the design details.

I've ordered some bolts from Bacci, just waiting for him to catch up on his backlog to get those mailed out... so probably a few weeks yet til I can shoot this thing.

Just tried single shot double barrel on the field. It's so much fun. This thing is turning out pretty badass.

Got a start on the feedtubes... I think I'll add something at the front to stabilize it 100%, but it's pretty much there.

I finally got my bolts in the mail from Bacci - not his fault, the postal service just likes to drag their heels when it comes to international shipping - and so I spent some time tonight getting them modified and installed.



I threw one of my Doc Fastchangers on there as well... I just need to run some paint through it now. 🙂 Should be next Saturday with any luck.

So... the shot count is terrible on 12grams and I get maybe 5 or 6 decent-ish shots before drop off so I decided CA was the way to go.

I found a 12gram dummy of sorts in my box of Sheridan stuff, drilled a hole in the lower tube, and mounted a Hurc ASA mount to the stock... testing still required but I think the dummy 12gram will help add volume to the valve and boost my velocity, much like my Pursuit build.

I'm going to need some detents too, I'm thinking about going rock-forward with the feedtubes when it's not in single shot mode. Haven't decided.

I also just hit this wall. I get the same shot count with 12 grams on my build. What velocity are you hitting?

Maybe 250-ish? Had a couple bloopers, the paint was tiny and I think I was getting some roll-ahead intermittently.
