I have a matching reg cover and set of grips as well. Gotta keep everything matchy-matchy! 🙂

I also discovered that if you remove a couple of the cross supports you can remove the body with out removing the hoses

I finally received the frame today - Customs held onto it for almost two weeks - and after an hour and a half of cussing out the crappy 15 year old banjos that leaked and the defective NIP QEV that leaked straight out of the box, and taking it apart half a dozen times to route and re-route the internal hoses, I got it together and working.
So, I'm not taking it back apart any time soon.
There is a .pdf file on Ed's Peterson Modifications Facebook page that details the installation process of the pump kit, so if anyone is interested, I think you can probably puzzle out how it works from that.
I'm honestly a bit reticent about posting details on Ed's pump setup... I think he spent some considerable time figuring out how to do it, and I don't know if I should post details.

Ed pointed me to the installation PDF... It still doesn't tell me jack about how it works. I would love a top view of it so I can see how the pump arm doinks the additional internals. I know you already put it together so I'm not going to beg you to take it apart in fear of it leaking air from everywhere, again. But if you do happen to find it in your heart to do it, Many of us would love you to death.

Jordan tried to explain how this pump ion frame works to me, and then proceeded to shoot me with it, and I still don’t fully understand what is happening!'96 RF Mini Cocker, '95 RF Autococker, 68-Automag Classic, Banzai Splash Minimag, Gen-E Matrix, Shoebox Shocker 4x4, Montneel Z-1, Tippmann Pro-Carbine, Tippmann Mini-Lite, Tippmann Model-98, Tippmann 68-Special, Spyder .50 cal Opus/Opus-A , Tippmann .50 Cal Cronus , Gog Enmey .50 cal , Tippmann Vert ASA 68-Carbine, Bob Long Millennium, ICD Grey Green Marble Splash Alleycat Deluxe (runs liquid co2) , Halfblock 2K4 Prostock Autococker , 2K RF Sniper II

The pump arm just resets the trigger - there are no additional bits inside other than the custom trigger plate Ed designed.
The SMAV is relocated, from behind the trigger to below the trigger... when the gun is "cocked" the trigger plate pushed down on the 3way valve which directs air to the front of the bolt, pushing the bolt back. When the trigger is pulled, the bottom tip of the trigger plate, where it interacts with the 3way, pulls away from the 3way, releasing it and venting the air in front of the bolt, allowing it to move forward and fire the gun.
That custom pump Ion that uses two valves to fire is very cool and not at all how Ed's pump Ions work. It's similar to a pump Automag in that it's essentially a broken mech Ion.
