Help with leaking 4500 max-flo

Uploading some pics. This is perhaps the original max-flo that was used on 4500psi tanks. I just replaced every o-ring I could but it is still leaking out of the front cap when I put air in it. I took pictures of 2 o-rings that seems like that could not be replaced. I am also not sure if I had the correct replacement o-ring kit for this model.

Can these 2 o-rings actually be replaced? From the reading I have done they are most likely the issue when you are getting leaking from the front cap.

Anyone have any advice?

Mine were all urethane, but some have said that you can get away with buna on certain seals.

The orings you pictured should be able to come out with a pick.

Where did you get the seal kit from? MaxFlos are a bit fussy about what you use.

Every seal is replaceable but sometimes a pain to do.

Is there a better place to purchase individual o-rings or is it best to just buy a huge kit?

I have some old maxflo rebuild kits. I can post a picture of the oring sizes. I think it shows which ones are urethane so maybe that will help.

Thanks everyone, I did eventually get both of these o-rings out and replaced them with ones from the rebuild kit I have and it seems to have solved the issue

So I spoke too soon, I tried 2 different o-rings in the base seal and as soon as I turned the air on the blew immediately and destroyed my gauges. Does anyone know where I can get the correct 9/90 O ring for it without having to order like 200 of them at once?

the size and more specifically the durometer of the O-ring is a big deal with these smart parts regs.

So I think I have the correct o-ring for the reg seat. Its at least not breaking apart now. I got it to the point where the reg works but it starts creeping and leaking after a few seconds. every time I take it apart this reg seat is not together as one piece anymore its slightly apart and the o-ring is slipping through. Is there supposed to be lube on the o-ring in the housing that this seat sits against? maybe its sticking on one side and when the piston starts moving its pulling apart? the reg seat was very difficult to get open when I first started the rebuild and now it comes apart pretty easily.

Ok, I stopped the leak / creeping issue but now the bottle is... honking? I am putting a link to a video. It sounds extremely weird and the bottle basically vibrates slightly while its recharging. anyone have any guesses on what is going on?

My LPR gauge is dead because of the last time the seal blew up. It initially leaked until I turned up the pressure. Is it possible this sound is because the reg is turned up higher than the highest recommended pressure and its struggling to recharge to the correct pressure?

If it is safe and functional with that sound I would never fix it. I would love to see players reactions on the field to that unique sound.

If your reg is honking, it's not greased properly.
