Oh boy...is this the same ebolt you have had for years? I remember you from way back on the CanadianPaintball forum.

I do love a good E-Bolt project. I need to get my hybrid Ego/98 madness back together.

        Still waiting for the mail

Option #2 in picture(No modification yet from previous owner other than filling)
Need the slot widened for the board.
Need a cut for the battery wires if I do it external.
        Need the switch wires soldered.
        Need button for the board.

        Board: Tested and work.
Solenoid: Clicks, no air in it yet.

The one thing with option one will be dwell, if I just shoot a few Bps it gonna be alright but I was told if I was to go 8-9+ I might get blender.

            #1 is gone

            #2 is on the way.
this is surprising, there is an Etek board with a pimp solenoid.
I need more barbs ... that tight space doesn’t like my straight ones.

Damn the cheap grinding bits hate doing the work!
finally found something that grinds fast but can’t do smooth.

Aluminum is too soft to grind worth a damn, it plugs up wheels like you see there. If working by hand you'll have better luck with a carbide burr and moving to a grinding wheel or file for only the finish work. You'll have less clogging issues that way.
