        Hey all, I'm gonna be stupid for a moment... But what does the ER in ER2 stand for? Does it have anything to do with Extreme Rage paintball? Something else? Or just a random letter code combination?

            Yeah it might be extreme rage. There was the ER3 STBB which was a clone of the later iteration of the Piranha GTI. It cycled through the Extreme Rage, Empire and JT brands.

              So it doesn't have anything to do with mayo or other condiments? I was going to guess Extra Relish.

              This reminds me of 2 things. The B-Movie Mean Guns https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CxOxWaOLGfQ where they dump a bunch of random guns and ammo on a group of criminals and make them fight to the death and the secret ingredient in Iron Chef. Imagine a tournament where every team arrives with their own gear and the event announces they all have to play with brand new blister pack ER2s. I'd watch that.

                  Someone needs to pitch this to a producer of some TV series.

                  Maybe go with a different magic ingredient every game. ER2s are the qualifying rounds between all the teams they invite, but then there's a round-robin among those who get into a tourney, and it alternates between things like .50 cal paint (in whatever guns you happened to bring), playing in New Orleans with single-pane JT Elite masks, no hoppers, and 1000psi fills.
