TUrned out even better than I thought and avoid having to solder a 1/8" port ...

What are they 10/32?

Close enough ... It's a 68-AT ... And yes, they are 10-32 threaded.

This build is because I couldn't find an open class pump that has what I want on it ... So I'm making it myself 😋

Getting close to be completed, will post some pic when it's done.

I ask because I was considering picking up one of the back bottle sheeidans, and do exactly what you are doing. 10-32 seems tiny.

Is this an AGD composite frame?

Sure is ... The shear is not in the frame on the AT ...
I have several mag frame I converted for sheridan, they work well

We have almost 100 of those sheridans/PMIs and we need the banjo screws to replaced the broken or stripped stock ones that we have. Where did you get your banjo screw set up?

Smiley, If you have that many to work on try making your own screws. A few years ago I had 3 guns that needed them so I made up a small jig and just drilled out my own screws.

Here was a test screw I made.

That would definitely be cheaper than buying those banjo fittings ...
How did the brass hold up?

The brass held up fine. Just make sure you get binding head screws or button head. As wide as you can find them

At the time, I just had a drill press and a crappy vise so repeatability wasn't on my mind. I took one of those hex couplers, ground a flat on one edge and drilled the radial hole at the correct height.

Now that I have a mill, I would do a different setup but really haven't had the need to do it again.
