These were quirky... And not in a good way like Zoey deshenel.

But yes, zap zx something or others. Electric, vertical valve and no hpr.

ZAP ZXS600E? EP version of an ICD blowback. Yeah these are probably just display pieces.

Bit of trivia, I believe these were designed by a Mr. Aldo Perrone, an engineer who worked for a number of paintball gear manufacturers, such as Zap, and before that Brass Eagle. And well engineers tend to have their preferences, such as barrel threads, which before they became more or less standardized to the small handful we have these days darn near every one had a different one. Well Mr. Perrone did reuse an thread he used earlier for these ZXS600E's, he used of all things Tigershark barrel threads. So hopefully you got some barrels coming with those two, finding compatible replacements can be really tricky.

I've had a bunch of Tigershark barrels freak bored, but I do wish someone made Freak backs for the Tigershark.

Well that's unfortunate, the seller was saying spyder barrels work

So what's with the ASA then? It's huge to just be an ASA and there's no reason to put a gauge on it

Maybe it’s just a low pressure chamber just at the ASA and not below the barrel like a Spyder?!

That's an LPR. The main valve is at tank pressure.

I'm confused then. I don't see how both of these can be true. No reason to have split pressures on a blowback

It's electropneumatic. The way the valve/ram/bolt is set up is the same as an ICD 'cat. Like how most poppets have the same arrangement as an STBB.

also, those parts look die-cast to me, which looks so bizarre for paintball stuff......makes me ask how many hot wheels had to die to make these old guns!??
