Timmy valve o-ring. Or in this case a System NME. Squeezing a 004 o-ring onto a giant shaft. Finally got a soft enough oring. The 90 dura ones I had just split.

    AHAHAHA.

    I know your pain brother.

Next time, if you have fairly thin needle nose pliers, sometimes they can work

This is just done with lube and fingernails! And the little vice to hold the valve. Now maybe I can resurrect this old beast!

Found it at my office when we were moving. No one has used it in years, to figured it’s be great for paintball tasks. Just been to make some soft grips for it.

Might be worth investing in some 50D orings.

I just finished compiling all my misc o-rings and was going to take stock of what I need the most and order stuff. My to-buy list is much bigger than my current budget though.

I hear ya. I have a couple hundred dollars in orings. To be fair, probably 1/3 that cost is shipping though.

Shipping is always my biggest holdback.
