I chalked it up to them moving locations and rebuilding there employees at the new location. But itβs almost been a year. Itβs disappointing because they use to be so good.

My first order took about a month back in February. My last order took about a week to arrive a couple months ago. Seems to be a coin toss, but my stuff has arrived.Comment

Yeah these guys are a no-go in my book now. I inquired about my order that was a month old - They told me the item I ordered was out of stock and was never supposed to be in stock and they had not had any in a long time. They refunded me right there - but in a whole month they never contacted me to refund me of their own motivation. Wouldn't have been surprised if they just sat on it forever given their reaction on the phone. They were nice, but, would have expected an apology or at least acknowledgement. Shit happens, but don't sit on dead orders for a month repeatedly.

Just an update: It's been three weeks since the initial order, and they haven't replied either to myself or to PayPal's requests. It's been 15 days since I've opened the dispute, still nothing. In five days PayPal will auto-close the dispute in my favor, and I'll get my whole $4.80 back! Yeah, not much, but like lew said, it's about the principle.
I've also got a friend who ordered from there before me, and have never received his stuff. He's going to open a PayPal dispute too... as soon as he remembers.I can haz feedback?

I was always able to get someone on the phone on one of these.
Really sucks they're basically done for. Hopefully they can get sorted.
