Paintball Gateway shipping times?

I chalked it up to them moving locations and rebuilding there employees at the new location. But it’s almost been a year. It’s disappointing because they use to be so good.

None of their phone numbers work and email requests have got me nothing. I've initiated proceedings through PayPal, so hopefully that either gets their attention or gets me a refund.

My first order took about a month back in February. My last order took about a week to arrive a couple months ago. Seems to be a coin toss, but my stuff has arrived.

It's the lack of communication that is disconcerting, more so than the wait.

I think there was a changeup in management in the last year or so which may have affected things in addition to everything else.

Yeah these guys are a no-go in my book now. I inquired about my order that was a month old - They told me the item I ordered was out of stock and was never supposed to be in stock and they had not had any in a long time. They refunded me right there - but in a whole month they never contacted me to refund me of their own motivation. Wouldn't have been surprised if they just sat on it forever given their reaction on the phone. They were nice, but, would have expected an apology or at least acknowledgement. Shit happens, but don't sit on dead orders for a month repeatedly.

Sounds pretty grabasstic to me. Regardless of how these orders shake out, I think I'll look elsewhere next time.

Just an update: It's been three weeks since the initial order, and they haven't replied either to myself or to PayPal's requests. It's only~$30 between the two orders, but I hate to see any shit business take money they didn't earn.

It's been 15 days since I've opened the dispute, still nothing. In five days PayPal will auto-close the dispute in my favor, and I'll get my whole $4.80 back! Yeah, not much, but like lew said, it's about the principle.

I've also got a friend who ordered from there before me, and have never received his stuff. He's going to open a PayPal dispute too... as soon as he remembers.

I was told they are locked out of the paintballgateway.stores.yahoo.net/index.html website . I'm currently still waiting for a call back and/or refund from the "computer guy"....😖

I was always able to get someone on the phone on one of these.

Really sucks they're basically done for. Hopefully they can get sorted.
