automeister are you talking about regular rails for single ule warp bodies? If so they are not different rails. You just have to have the side of the rail notched so the body sits flush.
If you are talking about rail for a double mag. Yeah those rails are custom and not many made.

Ive seen some people that have made them but I don't think we have seen actual long term testing on them. while the frame should (should being the operative word there) take up the linear stress it just seems like you're pushing the materials past the intended usage. Granted I am a bit of a luddite when it comes to 3d printing and feel it only has very specific uses (and maybe ive just seen too much low quality consumer level printing).
I would be much more comfortable using a resin or SLS type printing for a rail than an extrusion... but guys are making AR lowers out of extrusion printings and getting a lot of shots out of them so it probably would work, but should still be seen as a long term consumable.
