From what I've heard just about everything is incurring a 35% tariff from USA>Canada right now.

Technically anything that was covered under the current free trade agreement (CUSMA/USMCA) are supposed to be exempt from the new 35 percent tariffs.

That's what I'm hearing as well.

I work in propane and even though the US is the largest exporter of propane in the world, everything on the West Coast is actually imported from Canada because it's (normally) cheaper to do that than ship the propane across the nation.

I've also been told that fuels got an exception and are not part of the tariffs but there's been so much back and forth that the fuel companies that import from Canada don't want to be caught with their pants down if a tariff lands overnight and they have been increasing their prices as a precaution. So it doesn't really matter if propane is part of the tariffs or not, prices are going up because of them and all the confusion around them
