I have one of these and it is very nice. (oops I actually have a 15CI, but the rest of the information is good)
Very expensive though...
Good length, I put a little butt stock on it. I use it with my MG100 and with open class pumps. It is very light and gets plenty of shots for magfed or pump applications. The collar locking reg bonnet is very convenient for positioning your stock between different ASAs/guns.

here is how i look at it as one that has/uses a variety of stock (vm68/pmi III pump for one) guns, mechs (autococker and mag) and especially a havoc launcher that a small tank is loved/needed.
the weight savings... not an amount that if one is being HONEST is noticeable from its steely cousin.
the length ... its a personal choice.. again not really much (if any) of a difference from its steely cousin
requires five year rehydro but no max life unless doesnt pass hydro... a mixed blessing
the 4500 psi... THATS THE GAME CHANGER.
Much better than the 3000 in volume/number of shots.
but IMO where it goes off the rails / deal breaker IS THE COST.
before i go any further let me say for the record IF YOU HAVE THE MONEY and want to spend it on it... ALL THE POWER TO YOU..
im NOT KNOCKING the quality or if someone wants it.. CLEAR
but for those who look at cost/benefit this is IMO not reasonable.
for example you can get (yes less shots per fill)
13/3000 to 26/3000 steely in the 45 to 55 ish range
48/3000 steely or aluminum for the 50 ish range
48 to 56 range /4500 carbon fiber non ninja for 100 to 160 range
hell even if its ninja still under 200 easy.
you can even get a 68/4500 for less than what this tank is going for.
with anything 48 or above (to include both 3000 and 4500) will blow the doors off this tank in shots per fill
I talked with a sales rep in my area about this and laid it on the line (nice but blunt)
it isnt the quality or it not being wanted
its that i cant justify in my budget (for gear and more importantly to PLAY) spending 230 plus for a tank that i can get close for as low as 50 dollars NEW.
i am a reasonable man and dont expect this tank to go for 50. thats rick from pawn starts talk.
but if you would put it say the 100 to even 125 i would get one without a second thought (well if i have money, wife can be mean and its too cold to sleep in the shed) and i bet they would fly off the shelves.

Im expecting the new 17ci FS tank to be about 2” longer give or take then the 15ci.
This is a 22ci 3k vs - 17ci 3k for reference it’s about 2” difference. I find the 17ci with the longer ninja reg to be the perfect length for me. I like to have the tank end just at the inside of my elbow when I’m holding my marker. Just shipped my 22ci off to the west coast. I got it and found it way to long for my liking.1 Photo

They got a 13 version to. Not going to lie always wanted these options. I think I may sell my ninja 45/45 I haven’t used it since I got my FS 15ci. Definitely going to invest in a FS 17ci when they hit my local proshop.
Going to hang on my 17ci 3k because it’s hydro exempt JIC. But these things are probably my favorite new paintball item being made today.Last edited by Chuck E Ducky; 02-12-2022, 10:57 AM.

I’m with Chuck. I will definitely be picking one up.
I like my 15/4500, but it is a bit short, as I prefer the length of my 17/3000’s and 7 oz’s (And my 26/3000 for my double barrel Nelson’s).
I was planning on changing the reg, or buying the Immortal Air 15/4500 version and selling the FS one…but I have been left wanting a “bit” more shot count also, so the new 17/4500 is perfect FOR ME.
Also just FYI…I spoke with Immortal Air…the chose NOT to carry a 17ci version, so it’s First Strike, or nothing.
Here are some photos of some of my tanks. I am looking forward to have my main pump and mech tank match the length of my backups and Lever changer stock.
