Agree. The arms race for mech guns is the new big and interesting thing. I don't care for it because mech was supposed to be a "get back to the roots" sort of thing. It's a shame it's becoming more and more "how fast can you shoot" thing.

I just discovered that the deadliwind 45 hair trigger also works on a gmek, too.

The Hair on a Gmek is great. Think Automag ULT, maybe a bit lighter. Definitely walkable (especially with the Bone trigger shoe), but you're not going to hit old PSP rates of fire.

Yeah, personally while I don't care so much for the "let's shoot crazy fast" again aspect of it, I do welcome the innovation. Think about where paintball was before the e marker arms race, around 2001 and then when it ended, around 2008. There were huge leaps and tons of innovation in there not just in rate of fire. Most of the supporting systems had to keep up as well so there were other elements of paintball that innovated.

I for one would love to see a mechanical forcefeed hopper that gets it's power from the marker, preferably without a bunch of hose running around. Think cyclone but on top and actually works well

Lol, bit behind the 8 ball.

    Gmek= metal emek

The guts are by and large the same so most stuff will swap over.

I could see this being a cool sleeper gimmick for an EMF. I know that there are other magfed guns that do full auto, but no one will expect it from an EMF, and it'll actually be reliable.

The gmek has a slide trigger and not a hinge trigger, and nearly everything has been marketed towards the emek, so I assumed it was just kinda left out.

Honestly I think it was mostly the Milsim crowd that has EMFs that were pushing for this thing in the first place.

Wouldn't surprise me if the majority of these gizmos sold end up in EMFs rather than Emeks.

It is. This just drops the operating pressure, therefore it's gentle-er on paint.

              Foolishness is right.

I have zero desire to put anything into my Gamma Cores that wasn't designed by Jack Wood or Simon Stevens.

Nah. Not foolish. This is pretty much how the stock Gtek cans look, except stock thru have 4 posts. They just copied stock PE, more or less.

Is this compatible with the Hellfire bolt switch?

Unless I'm thinking about this all backwards but two different sections of the valve so I don't see why not

This looks like a company saw he "fin delete" mod and made it a product.
8% is a big number, I'm surprised they're throwing that out there because you know people are going to contest it.

I just ordered the HK RF Valve for S&G... we'll see how it turns out. My main concern though is that I REALLY want to be able to fire in semi whenever I need it. If this goes off full auto every time someone just looks at the trigger then no bueno.

I was thinking: imagine someone on a budget that just gets an Emek 100 and such a valve. I guess there would be no need for an aftermarket 3-way and trigger. That's a lot of firepower on the cheap.
