One more piece to the puzzle. Also i finally got flood coolant working on the mill. I have a few leaks to chase down, but it works.

It really has. Hard to believe how many markers have been there since we have been in our house. Hopefully we can keep at it too.

Working on reg caps today. left is the one i was running in my mag. Right is the one that came off the mill. Notice the thread start and the hole. This I ended up enlarging the hole some and did a quick test. seemed to tighten up the velocity so making a change to the program now.

Well i got some more snatch grips cut yesterday. I probably should find an anodizer and a media tumbler.

a buddy came over today and was able to cut some soft jaws, for reg cap blanks, and cut a spot for a classic valve to hold the threaded portion and index it. Both done with the same zero point on the soft jaw.
Need to do some tweaking to my tool paths on backside after bringing all of the paths over from the other program and rushing to program it, but overall for the first attempt at cutting 2 ops on the same set of jaws im pretty pumped. Hoping this can be a cheaper option to the scalloped back caps i cut before.

I'm thinking my CF Mini Body is needing a capped valve and a Sidewinder Primary regulator. Looking to make this one as light as possible.

If you get a random message at an odd time it's likely due to a weird feeding time. haha. every 3 hours or so is rough. I am sure it will get better though.
