Sorry BLachance75 had some stock class feeds printed polished and anodized. I’m pretty impressed with the capabilities of aluminum 3d printing.

Hose routing remains an issue. I want to be able to put the safety back in.
The quiter noise heard when I pull the trigger is just air venting from the trigger valve, but that air can't get to the Gamma Core (allowing it to fire - the louder noise) until the pump handle is cycled.
Will continue working to make it better, but I want to run it a bit to see if it's durable/reliable.
Edit: ...and here's the auto-trigger version.

Need to get parts machined to replace 3D printed parts.
Hose routing will be even more complicated.
I almost like this version better. Aside from the hose routing, it only uses one check valve and no tee barbs. The standard version uses two check valves and one tee barb.Last edited by nak81783; Yesterday, 06:47 PM.😎 1Comment

My non-auto-trigger version has a flaw that lets it go uncontrolled full auto if the limp pump handle is left back on air up or letting the trigger go. Not sure if it’s a design flaw or a lagging check valve. As the video shows, it works when going through the normal motions.
I’ll reiterate that hose routing is a nightmare. I had it good to go last night, and it was pinched shut, unable to fire, at the field.
After messing with it for a while, I switched to the auto-trigger version, routing the hoses outside the body. It looked like crap with them electrical taped to the outside, but it let me use it for a few games.
I’m going to focus on the auto-trigger version. It doesn’t have the aforementioned full auto problem, and the pump handle always has resistance.
Need to stock up on LP hose and hose clamps. All the adjusting makes them go loose fast. If anything leaks, it’s game over. I’ve pretty much had to snip all the hoses back to an unusable length.
The 3D printed AT parts held up long enough to get a few games and a handful of eliminations in before things started leaking.
I’ll focus on AT, and probably 3D print a body to route the hoses not between the lower and upper.Comment
