      I see two problems here first is that you want to move trigger frame even more forward above so I don't know where you expect your finger to end up

      Second is that those Sears are hardened steel so if you want to go cut your own out you either have to cut it out of hardened deal without using heat so it will retain The temper or cut it out and then temper it yourself

          I put this together for a 12 gram only game here in Canada. The weather was almost freezing when we were playing so it only got maybe 15 shots per co2 cartridge.

        No. But also kinda. It's the way the regulator works. It slams full bottle pressure over the on/off, then regulates it down. That setup makes it really easy for CO2 to go liquid. Liquid CO2 will shrink every o-ring it touches, causing leaks until they warm back up.

          Well sure but that should be true for both the classic valve and x valve. Plenty of classic valve run fine on co2 and I've only heard people say don't run x valves on co2 but the physics of how it's coming through the regulator are the same. So where's the problem?

            A classic is regulating the air in before it hits the on/off etc. An RT valve has a regulator that basically shuts off the incoming air when it reaches pressure causing a spike to hit the on/off and making the RT effect. It is different, but similar. Basically an RT valve can see line pressure as a spike and a classic valve never sees more than the regulated pressure.

            Correct. And once the regulator shuts off the incoming supply, any liquid is trapped. There's no pressure relief in the system, so you'll get hot shots or could mess up the reg.
