MLP is doing the same thing over again that the PSP and everyone else has done for a couple decades now. Close to zero innovation on marketing, format, media, anything. It's pathetic, honestly. There is no vision. So I'll believe it when I see it grow big. Which I wont.
The long term key to fixing paintball is to remove the influence of paint and gear manufacturers in leagues. That would require a truly independent governing body with real power. Magfed airball pro leagues could be a thing, but, never gonna happen, because there is no short term incentive for it to happen.
On topic - a hall of fame doesn't really make sense at this point. I suspect paintball's longer term influence will be more in how it influences VR and AR game design.
