heres the crazy thing; most cars had a factory installed vent just for this very use... we lost it and didnt think much of it. now were trying to find creative solutions to a problem we made.Comment

…I think you’re reaching a bit there. I’m well aware of that exact vent since I was born in GM country in the 70s. It’s doing a similar job, sure, but not in any targeted way. They are just a part of the car, not an idiotically kinky sub zero Dr Seuss wank pipe.
Unless you’re sitting on the absolute edge of your seat or the seat is really worn you’re not going to get a direct shot from that pea shooter. With a modern car…which isn’t a car at all but rather a 7000lb seven passenger SUV, the A/C systems are super powerful and you can shut off most of the vents allowing you to put the entire power of the chilling into just that vent, then deliver it to a specific spot…it could be numbingly cold. Not cold enough to make Florida hospitable for humans but very cold.

exactly the same? no. it didnt have a hose on it, but it was definitely directed towards a specific area.
just that there was a vent there and then it was gone.
never had it but im curious about cooled, or even ventilated seats.Comment
