Been playing a lot of House Of The Dead Overkill Extended Cut the last few weeks. Started a new file on Resident Evil The Umbrella Chronicles HD a couple of days ago. All of my games & systems except a PS3 are boxed up until i get some cameras. I just don’t feel safe having them all out since my house was broken into.

Recently have been going through a nostalgia phase and playing through some old PS2 titles on PCSX. SSX Tricky, Jak & Daxter series, Chaos Legion, Ace Combat 04, Simpsons Hit & Run to name the last few ones. Otherwise through Steam/EA; Battlefield 2042, Helldivers 2 and MSFS 2020.

I'm playing various via Geforce Now. the xBox I'm playing on is in Sydney - 2200 km away. And it's honestly quite playable. Blows my mind. Will be even better on gamepass when MS finishes their local cloud farms.

drift is a time-based deviation from the true reading. What you described BrickHaus is a bad tare; not time dependent, and therefore not a drift.

I put a GameCube style stick on one of my worn out ones great but definitely more sensitive afterwards. The old ones just turn into powder especially if you're spinning Bowser

Started playing Bulletstorm on PS3 yesterday. Beat it years ago but just got the urge to play it again. Disc looks fine but it keeps getting stuck on a loading screen a few levels in. Oh well. I guess i scratched thst itch enough for now.

I've been hooked on COD Zombies and Rise of the Ronin on PS5 as of late.. I'll have to pick up NHL 25 for my kid soon and then I'll be kicked off the PlayStation for the foreseeable future

Been spending a fare amount of time with Metalstorm, it was a mobile game first now it's on Epic and soon to be on Steam. arcade style flight sim with both deathmatch and air superiority (think control point CTF type game) modes. Also been playing the heck out of my steam deck since getting that earlier this month

Slowly working on expanding my console flashcart and backup play capabilities.

Pulled the trigger on this bad boy for N64. This is the Summercart64, an open source flashcart that has an FPGA on board to hardware emulate the ill fated 64DD.

Now I can play Japaneese F-Zero with the disc drive expansion on real hardware [happy nerd noises]

That's pretty cool! Talk about a crazy specific niche, I'm pretty uneducated on the 64DD. What other neat stuff has been uncovered for it ?

Not much. There was a really cool fan made Ocarina of Time expansion made that was done as a 64DD add on called Zelda Dawn and Dusk.

Just started playing Baba is You on PC and realized quickly this is a perfect game for the phone/tablet to share with the whole family. (Android, iOS, Steam)

Been debating on pimping out my GBC. All the aftermarket screens I've read up on/watched stuff on look nice but each one has drawbacks I don't want, lol. Maybe I'm just too picky. But my GBC is just sitting in a box, so I figure why not? I originally wanted an Analogue Pocket when they were announced, but the wife wouldn't let me get on the pre-orders. So may as well go the GBC route.
