I would recommend putting this up on “ask the experts”, or maybe a mod can move it for you ( Axel )
you’ll get some action there with some guys who can help you get it up and running.

Moved! Welcome to MCB. This is the right place for anyone with a Nelspot.
And that is a really cool Nelly. The wire stock in particular is rare--I think it's a Line SI product.
My favorite part about the basic Nelson design is that it's pretty stupid simple to work with. Clean it, remove rust (if any), oil, put it back together. There's one standard size o-ring, and the cup seals aren't hard to find. Power tubes can break, but they're around, too.
You already have a lot of nice upgrade parts. I'm guessing you don't have anti-kink internals, which you can swap out for Phantom parts if you want to smooth your pump stroke a bit, but otherwise, a good cleaning is probably all it needs.Dulce et decorum est pro comoedia mori

Awesome Nelly! Those grips are a nice touch.
You may run into problems with the 12 gram piercer or the seal. If the piercer itself is bad, there's no easy replacement short of a new valve body. I've had limited success with these seals sitting well in my Nelspot type piercers:
Specifically developed in response to customer requests, these seals are designed for only one purpose. To provide a durable seal in you Phantom...
If you want to go the modernization/upgrade route, LAPCO still has power tubes and rear ASA/1/8th input valve bodies:
I'd suggest a spring kit from Phantom while you're at it. FYI Phantom cup seals will work on the LAPCO power tubes.
