Any idea what size c-clip pliers I’ll need or is there only 1 size?

I got the nice harbor freight ones (ha ha) that had interchangeable tips, and the smallest tips fit the SP ASA I have.

Thanks for the link. I ordered the wrong size lol. Gonna have to send them back and go get those from Harbor Freight.

Ok…so I got the pliers and got the knob with the o-rings removed. Anyone have a clue what size o-rings these are?

It's a 009 or 010, I can take mine apart later today and make sure which.

I am using 010 70 durometer orings in my Smart Parts 1/4 turn on/off

There is also a small (003 ?) 90 durometer oring internally on the rear interior wall.

Sounds like it might be time for you to build your o ring kit. Most of us here have done just that so we have everything we are likely to need on hand.

If you are just starting out building your kit I'd recommend sizes 003-018 buna 70D

111, 113, and I think there's one more 100 series that's common that I'm forgetting right now, maybe it's 112

Figure out a case to hold them in though that will determine how many different sizes you can hold

Theoringstore.com is where most of us get rings. AS568 buna 70 durometer will get you through about 95% of situations

You’re right. I keep kits handy to rebuild the guns I use but never thought past that. I’ve also been spoiled the last few years playing the NXL & ICPL they have techs at all the events that have been super helpful.

The dude that does the tech work for Dye at the big events though is a prick. They’re the only company that charges you, and he’s just a pretentious asshole. (Sorry for the rant lol)
