Columns i & j 9-15. I have 4 people confirmed so far and 1 that I'm trying to convince so that'd leave 2-3 large sites open for late joiners or overflow from your crew.

The words failed me a little, for some reason it did not post the question.
Rusty Brass Did you pick up all of the scavenger's spots or just some of them?

I’m sure I can bring a spare tent. We have a 6man REI tent and then a smaller 1-2man tent or two.

Just ship it out ahead of time, I've done that before plenty of times. Makes it a whole lot easier when you only have a carry on to travel with.

Yeah, my plan this year is to bring my pop up camper but as its the first year I'll be bringing that I'm also bringing our tent as a backup in case the space limitations are not friendly. If the camper works fine I'll have a spare 10-12 person tent (it's a monster) that we typically put 5 people in with lots of room to spare

Here is the thing I am 90% sure that short of having a very specific marker there will be anything and everything that you could need to camp with us available. I know that I have at least 2 spare tents I am sure that everyone else in the PNW area has a couple so the main thing is going to be pillow and cloths maybe a sleeping bag if you have special requirements.

I see there's different "levels" of booth- at least that include advertising in their media. I'll need to dig more on that, but let me know if we need to dump into a pot (so to speak) for a communal booth.

    Doc.

Just fly out to Portlandia and carpool down with some members from up there.

Jokers and I were talking yesterday about renting a booth just to have a central meet/greet/sale/pit stop section at the event. It definitely seems the best way to go. I feel like most of us fit in the "out of shape as a player" category... which means we'll spend most of the time shootin the shiz and having fun vs laying down a ton of paint. But that's what it is all about!
