An update for everybody, completely disassembled the marker and cleaned every component with toothbrush, alcohol, soapy, water, and ultrasonic cleaner. Every single O-ring in the entire thing except for the tiny white ones completely disintegrated the moment I touched them upon disassembly. I sure hope that kit has every single O-ring that this thing needs! other than that it’s amazing how absolutely beautifully everything cleaned up, I still need to figure out how to strip this acrylic paint from the metal body though.

Kit should have everything. The only o-ring that's a little odd is the 116 that seals the connection between the reg body and valve body. Most of the others will be 010 in polyurethane.

It's hard to tell with the naked eye, but the regulator seats do have a correct and incorrect orientation, as the faces are slightly different sizes. In the correct orientation, the reg seat will sort of click into place and won't fall off.

      Myrk,
That’s kind of you and I might take you up on that. I’ve tried to while it down and it’s not been coming off as easy as I’d like but I’ve been using alcohol. I might need something stronger for sure. Mr Bar, yes I figured that out about the seal. It kinda is like a cup seal on phantom but take me a second to see what you were talking about.

Just let me know about the bead blasting man. I can't promise that he'll get it done fast, but I can promise it'll be free and he'll do a good job.

Lol, just read the description on the piston. AGD really doesn't want people messing with those.

Apparently I have a "dead hunk of brass" in my mag right now

    Still shoots great though!

Ya, it's really just an extra safety feature. On the rare few occasions when my tank regs have failed they always blow a burst disk first, BUT I can totally see why that part is included in the design. If you run 3000 psi into an Ion or the most modern guns they'll self destruct. With a mag not so much, they are too well built and the velocities could easily get into very unsafe ranges. Just be sure you Chrono it regularly and you should be fine.

I feel ya bud, hope it gets to you and I fast. I got phantom parts Enroute too! I’m trying to wait on my Doc adapter so my wife won’t get too wise to all the $$$ I’ve spent lol.

tinkering with OG mags really makes one want to get an ultrasonic cleaner
(which is what AGD uses, I've been in the shop many a time...)

I'd try some citristrip for the acrylic. brush on, wrap in saran, wait a few days.

I bought it to clean small carb parts for vintage bikes that I help people with but it works just as well on gun parts. This dang thing hasn’t been touched in 21 years or so and desperately needed it

It lives! Replaced all the Orings and she aired right up and dry fired! Now it just leaks from the quick detach hose. Sure I can find an o ring at the hardware store. Anyone happen to know what size these things take? Almost there, and as a bonus, the revvy works too!

Oring size for the female quick disconect should be 010, same as macroline fitting should be easy to find

Almost every Revvy I found in old gearbag sale worked
        that's why we love them

            Good job
welcome to the mag world, be carefull, next thing you know you will be buying more and more parts and end up with two complete mag...
Doc twist and lock to cocker adaptor is good in order to use barrel with inserts. Or you could go for an ULE body

Walked on the field for the first game, got 6 eliminations but she took half my bag that was for all day! Definitely going to be my only non-phantom. I’m a one gun kinda guy but this thing was awesome! Maybe 5fps spread the whole 30ish rounds on the chrono.

The ass-e-tone did its work, she looks like a proper mag now. Just need a for grip that doesn’t look like a vibrator and maybe docs adapter. I’m a happy camper!

There are very few things Acetone doesn't work on.
